Buffalo, NY (the Queen City) is in transition. Once New York State's 2nd largest city, it now ranks 7th. Abandoned buildings, homes and churches dot the downtown and east side. I painted an actual Buffalo church but played around with the name to make the plight of old city churches obvious.
